My experience with Blue Frog could NOT be any better! I have an adapter ring stuck in the holder and tried and tried to get it out but no luck. I love the quality and design. I thought this was a step ring to get the 82mm filter on a 77mm lens. It would be very convenient if you offered that. I have the pro filters (square) and I don't mind the size and weight. For my wife I was trying to keep the packing small and light. I am using 3rd party step rings now. I would use yours if you offered them. I get the sizing for specific lenses, but it is not very practical for the field. If you offered magnetic step rings you would keep more business in house and probably sell more filters since it would be less expensive to outfit all.of a photographers glass. I do love the filters. Just got back from Cape Cod Massachusetts and took my new magnetic filter kit with me, it worked exceptionally. Only one problem, user error, I changed filters and left my 10 stop on my bag instead of putting it back in the case and lost it on my last day there. Outstanding filter set, I'm getting a lot of use out of it. One minor quibble- the filters tend to fall out of the storage pouch very easily; I almost lost some of them. In a future iteration, maybe you could add velcro or something similar to securely close each compartment (I may try this with my set). Other than that, the pouch is a very convenient way to carry the filters around.

I had ordered a ND Pro filter kit back in February. Blue Frog reached out to me to let me know that the 82mm CPL that was supposed to be in the kit and was back ordered at this time. If I didn’t mind waiting until the order was ready to ship, that they offered to include a UV filter as a way to say thanks for your patience and understanding. I said that I would wait. Within a few days, my kit arrived with the UV filter, my 3 ND filters, but no CPL filter. They promised that as soon as they received them, they would ship it to me. Within two weeks I received the CPL filter. This company has great products and excellent customer service. They always reach out to let you know what the status is on your order.

Hello everyone! Thank You for being so diligent contacting me when I was looking to order the Nomad System. I have had the square filer system since 2021. I love the results that the filters produce. I keep the CPL filter on most of the time. I’m up in the northern part of Illinois. Weather has been undesirable since receiving nomad pro system. So I haven’t been able to work with the system. Used the ElitePlus PRO XND with CPL and 3 stop reverse. The filter frame has a good snug fit to keep out stray light. However, the fit still allows for easy vertical adjustment of the filter. I have used other filters and frame for many years and my first impression of the Blue Frog frame and filters was a broad spectrum of color. The filters do not just shade but pull color in a very satisfying manner. Thank you, especially for your excellent customer service and a great product at an affordable price.
